Don Lorett

A graduate of Farmington High School (FHS), Lorett has worked in Farmington Schools for over 30 years. As principal of San Juan College High School, Lorett’s primary goal is to partner with San Juan College and local businesses to assist students and staff in “Creating an Environment for Success.” He earned a Masters of Arts in Education Administration from New Mexico Highlands University in 2003. He is a nationally recognized coach and a NMHSCA Hall Fame Inductee. He has the most baseball wins in FHS History (He knows how to be successful.) He has spoken nationally on Leadership and Motivation. Along with a career in education, he has been a local business owner since 2005. He and his wife Becky, who also serves in education, have been married for 34 years. They have two sons, a daughter, and two grandchildren.
